Crystals for love

Opening up the heart chakra is important if we want to attract & manifest things in our life. When you open up the heart you are opening yourself up to a higher frequency, which is what we need to be at to manifest our goals. If your heart chakra is closed you may be feeling a lot of jealousy, loneliness or trying to people please. These feelings will cause you to vibrate at a low frequency and of course we all feel these emotions and its important to feel what you feel, honouring your emotions is essential but this is about when you are stuck in these emotions for a long time and they are causing you to feel negative and low. Feeling this way could be an indication that your heart chakra needs some work. 

When we open up our heart chakra we create feelings of inner peace, self-acceptance and compassion towards yourself and others. This means you are vibrating at a high frequency and you are able to then attract the good things into your life that you desire. Connecting to your heart can help you to develop your intuition because you are more in touch with your emotions. 

This may sound a little cheesy when we say open up your heart but as you know we do have energy on our chakras and our heart is one of them and we need to work with this energy. A good way to open up your heart chakra is to imagine it as a rose and as you breathe in and out imagine it opening up. This is helpful when meditating because it helps you to focus on your breathing. Placing your hands on your heart and feeling your heartbeat gets you more in touch with your heart and is a beautiful feeling although it may feel a little strange at first ! It can connect the mind and heart together, this can help in decision making because you are following your feelings and intuition but also having some logical thinking with it. 

Green jade is a lucky stone creating abundance and success and also healing the heart chakra. This crystal is about attracting love and friendship through having an open heart. It can help to balance the mind and body enabling manifestation to happen more quickly. Green jade helps to to heal your heart and move forward with love. 

Malachite helps to pick up the negative energies in your body and heart. It encourages risk taking and more adventure, encouraging you to have a strong heart throughout. This stone is about choosing love and not giving in to fear.
